You agree to use Clayto in compliance with applicable laws and not to misuse the service.

Paid plans are billed per user, monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Do not use Clayto to send unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited bulk messages, or to violate the rights of others.

We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

Clayto is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
